Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about booking lessons, payments, accounts, and teaching on All Smart.
Getting started
All Smart is an online learning marketplace that connects students with qualified tutors for one-on-one lessons, live group sessions, recorded self-paced courses, and test preparation.
You can browse tutors and courses without an account. You will need to create a free student account to book lessons, enroll in courses, or message through the platform.
Use Find Tutors to filter by subject, specialty, and availability. Review each tutor’s profile, subjects, pricing, reviews, and schedule, then book a free demo lesson or a regular session.
Lessons & learning
You can book 1-on-1 tutoring, join live group sessions, enroll in self-paced recorded courses, or purchase study materials—depending on what each tutor offers.
Lessons happen inside All Smart’s video classroom. After booking, your upcoming sessions appear in your student dashboard so you can join at the scheduled time.
Yes. From 1 September 2026 (midnight GMT), each student can book one free 25-minute demo lesson to try a tutor before committing to regular lessons. Check the tutor’s profile for the Book a demo option.
If you miss a lesson or arrive more than 15 minutes late, that session may be forfeited under our Terms. Contact support if a platform issue prevented you from joining.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely online before a lesson or enrollment is confirmed. Prices are shown before checkout so you know the total before you pay.
You may request a refund or credit when a teacher cancels and no makeup is offered, when a platform technical failure prevents the lesson, or when a duplicate payment was made in error. Student no-shows and unrelated tech issues are generally not refundable. See our Terms for full details.
Contact us through the Contact page or email admin@allsmarttutoring.com with your account email, payment details, and what happened. Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case.
Accounts & privacy
Sign in and open your student or teacher dashboard profile to update your details. Use the password settings on your profile page if you need to change your password.
