My teaching style is friendly, patient and adaptable with a strong focus on understanding each student’s individual needs. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and are encouraged to develop confidence in their own abilities. I aim to make lessons engaging and interactive rather than relying solely on basic teaching methods. I use clear explanations, worked examples, questioning, practice activities and regular feedback to help students understand concepts and apply them independently. I also adapt my approach depending on the student’s learning style, pace, strengths and areas for improvement. A key part of my approach is breaking more challenging topics into manageable steps and checking understanding throughout the lesson. I also encourage students to think critically and explain their reasoning, rather than simply memorising answers. My overall goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to build their confidence, motivation and independence as learners.
