Jeremiah Ovenden

I've taught English for several years across three continents. Teaching such a wide variety of students has helped me adapt to the personal needs of each student, so that every session is tailor made to their targets. I thrive to create a relaxing, safe, happy atmosphere where learning isn't just another chore. As well as experience teaching in the classroom, I've marked AQA papers and have an astute understanding of mark schemes and rubrics, so I understand exactly what it takes to pass tricky exams. I've tutored one-to-one for years, with 100% of those students achieving English results higher than their target grades.
