Jay K. Badenhoop

I have recently retired after 29 years as a full-time faculty member at WVU Potomac State College. I have a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, awarded in 1994. I have eight years online teaching experience in General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry using the Blackboard LMS. I am looking for a strong student-centered institution to which I can continue to make a contribution as an adjunct instructor. I have a strong work ethic and a desire to help students succeed. In my years of full-time teaching, my evaluations in teaching were generally excellent. I won the Outstanding Professor Award in 2009 and was nominated for this award several other times.
