Reaghan Scott

I have experience mentoring and teaching students through the Central Michigan University's Health Careers Pipeline Program, where I worked with high school students to build their confidence and develop skills in public speaking, teamwork, organization, and multitasking. I enjoy creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and adaptable, I can adjust my approach based on each student’s learning style and focus on breaking challenging concepts into manageable steps. I especially enjoy helping students who may feel overwhelmed by a subject and showing them that they are capable of understanding it with the right support.
