Aden Paul Perez Gaytano

Hello, everyone! My name is Teacher Aden, and I’m from the Philippines. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree, majoring in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health (MAPEH), and I have approximately eight years of experience in the English as a Second Language (ESL) industry. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different ages, backgrounds, and English proficiency levels, including young learners and adults. These experiences have helped me develop the skills to adapt my lessons to each student's needs, interests, and learning goals. My teaching style is friendly, patient, interactive, and student-centered. I believe that learning English should be an enjoyable and meaningful experience. I use engaging conversations, practical examples, pronunciation exercises, vocabulary-building activities, and fun learning materials to help students improve their communication skills. I also encourage my students to express themselves confidently and remind them that making mistakes is a natural and important part of learning. My approach to language learning focuses on building confidence, improving fluency, expanding vocabulary, and developing practical communication skills that students can use in real-life situations. I strive to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where everyone feels encouraged to participate, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. As a teacher, I believe that education is a continuous journey for both students and teachers. I am always willing to learn, improve my teaching methods, and discover new ways to make my lessons more effective and engaging. I am excited to be part of the Flalingo community and look forward to meeting students from different parts of the world, sharing knowledge, and helping more learners achieve their English-learning goals. Let's learn, grow, and succeed together! Thank you, and I hope to see you in my class soon!
